Based in Montreal and fully bi-lingual, Liam's passion for all things food-related began early. By 10 years of age, he had started his own food blog: visiting with chefs, bakers, and farmers… learning how to cook/bake/make something at each stop; Liam's food training had begun.
Through his charismatic and adventurous nature, this food enthusiast aims to bring his generation, as well as families back into the kitchen, sharing skills and recipes to make everyone fearless with food!
Liam has lived with his family in Alberta, Vancouver, and Toronto, and has had the privilege to have cooked with some of Canada’s finest chefs including: Vikram Vij (Vij’s), Ned Bell (Naramata Inn), Nicole Gomez (Winner of Top Chef Canada's All-Stars Season), Mark Singson (Top Chef Canada finalist) and Bob Blumer (Host of Surreal Gourmet, World's Weirdest Restaurants and Glutton for Punishment on Food Network Canada), to name just a few.
For the last three years Liam has been a VIP PADDOCK CLUB chef at the Formula One (GRAND PRIX) in Montreal, he was the Garde Manger for the Joe Beef Group restaurant- McKiernan and most recently has become the Sous Deux.
